flatulence in greyhounds?

any serious sensible advice welcomed..whatever she eats makes her windy..she is ok in herself,i would welcome any advice from other grey owners in particular. She will not eat dry food,red meat..loves chicken fish and canned food(yes i no about the moisture content)even when she has a fasting day she still has wind..HELP XXX

Regarding the dry food - have you tried mixing it with canned dog food or cat food? That helped a lot with our grey when we first got her. They really need the dry food - that helps with the gas. I have heard the yogurt helps - mix some yogurt with the canned food so she will eat it.
