There's this girl I like but everytime i try and talk to her, I get nervous. I'm not the greatest looking guy in the world either so that doesn't help me out. But I have a great personanlity. That Matters right? What can i do? Please help!!!!

If you are not the most good looking guy, u must understand that she is also not the most good looking girl (except to you). Everbody has desires and maybe she also wants to hang with some boy (If she already does not hang out with one). Try to talk to her naturally. Don't develop any feeling at first coz that makes you nervous. If u cannot talk to her try standing near her. She will come to know that u want to talk to her, and if she also wants the same she may start the conversation. I hope my answers satisfy the question. personality means alot. just try to talk to her, find out the stuff she likes (i mean dont stalk her or anything lol). are you in any classes with her? that could help alot aswell. if she's a nice girl, she wont mind talking to you, and if your persoanlity is as good as you say it is, she'll like you very soon!

Just go up and talk with her....
start small about the weather
or the band coming to town next month....

2. repeat it in a meror might be funny but it realy works
3. say what your going to say to her to your friends and ask there advice to see if it is ok

just remember to be yourself. girls are just people- so treat her like she's just a normal person. become her friend. try to ignore her good looks or how much you like her while you're talking to her, but don't forget them all together. don't just pounce on her, though! (girls hate that)once you're her friend, gradually start to get more flirty with her.
