I was in the lovely Communist state of Cuba and decided I had a few too many things. I tried to sell them to the locals and the police tried to arrest me for first degree yard sale. Now I'm on the run, what can I do to fight this?

Some of you got the joke, others did not (seriously though, first degree yard sale--think about it).
For the one asking about the Cuba bashing thing, remember that Mexico and Cuba aren't the same thing politically speaking. This joke was an attack on communism (if you want to call it that, it isn't actual communism) in Cuba, not on those of Spanish/Native American descent (in Mexico or Cuba, or any other Latin American nation for that matter).

Are you a resident of Cuba? If you are, you should have known better, because it's illegal (don't ask me why, cuz I don't live there), but if not, what country do you live in and why don't you go home to your country? If you live in Cuba, I don't think there is much you can do to fight it; friggin Fidel Castro. I wish he'd die already.

Take the consequences of your mistake. They have they own rules.. but I think that is only minor cases., you need to pay fines or prove it that you are innocent of your wrongdoing. If you free right now but something bothers you., research of what is gonna be the cause of doing yard sale w/o permission.

i had the comparable situation while i became into in college the only clever ingredient to do is bypass to the place of work clarify the region and tell them you have tried heading off the bully yet you dont understand what you're able to do to steer away from the region. tell whoever which you have finished all you're able to do now it is their activity to shelter it using fact if he does something actual to you which you arent going to place down and take it. actual there isnt plenty which would be finished bullies get a kick out of all the stuff that get you disillusioned and that they in many situations think of it is humorous and issues gets worse no count what yet once you have documentation that it is harassment coming from him if something does ensue then your *** is roofed

Dye your hair black and say "No puedo hablar, estoy enfermo". Then after they feel sorry for you being sick, hide and join a commune and roll cigars until the heat is off.
Seriously, my friend did this when he got caught trying to organize a Cuban E-Bay deal, man are they anti-capitalist or what?

Since you have access to the internet, maybe you should try to email a family member so they can find a lawyer to help you.
