Does the hair really never ever grow back?

they never ever grow back. HOWEVER as you grow older you get "new hair" and those hairs which were not treated at the time of laser hair removal do grow back. they are usually very fine and not noticeable.

well I have had it done before and after a number of treatments the hairs dont grow back as thick. Each time it grows fine and harldly noticeable. They say that it is permanent but I still have hair grow back from time to time

NO! only electrolysis is permanent
