I'm not sure if there is a way. She must know that she has one. Maybe she doesn't know how to get rid of it? She shouldn't shave it, she should use a depilatory cream that chemically dissolves the hair. It lasts longer and she won't have stubble. Maybe you can get someone else to talk to her about it. That is a minefield right there. Even if it does hurt her feelings, she'll probably get over it.

Explain to her that you like her and want to be with her, but you want her to get rid of the beard. Nothing more, no dodging around it. Either she understands or she doesnt.
