If you don't even believe in Jebus, then how can you go somewhere you don't believe in? Doesn't it seem like believing is like signing a contract that sets you up for either heaven or hell?

What you believe doesn't matter... You can not believe yourself out of dieing can you? Did you believe yourself into your family, or were you placed there? Opinions or imaginations do not matter.

I could believe that if I hop 3 times and sing jingle bells, I'll be magically transported to the moon. But there's this thing called reality that prevents that from happening.

So the better question is this... Who is right? Are athiests right, are Christians right, are budhists right? They all say different things. So all 3 can not be true. There must be one that is true and the others false, or all must be false, but all can not be true.

If the bible is true, then you must consider Jesus, you must make up your mind about him, and you must either accept Him or Reject him. He said "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except by me." This means that if that statement is true, you can only get to heaven through Jesus. If the statement is false, then something else must be true, and Jesus would have to be seen as a liar.

So the question you must answer is this. Is Jesus God, did he die because I am a sinful person? Did he come back to life? Is He true? If He is true, then you must repent and trust in him, or you will suffer God's Justice for breaking His Laws (the ten commandments).

No, wrong.
It's either of people who thought they were Christians and weren't (Clear bible references), and rejectors of Christianity (similarly), or it's for no-one at all, it being non-existent.
The one thing you can't logically get away with is saying it only applies to those who acknowledge the Christian religion.
Any more than the earth can be round or flat at the same time. *Beliefs* may vary, but not the actuality.
And like the flat and round earth, it doesn't even go by majority vote. How undemocratic is that?

(Or the the fervour or sincerity of the opinion, come to think of it. It's quite possible to be sincerely wrong)

You're brave to ask this question here. IF the Christians are correct (I don't believe they are) then yes people that don't believe in Their God (and His son Jesus) are going to burn in eternity in a lake of fire and brimstone. On the other hand if the Buddhists are correct we will come back as whatever we deserve to be.

So when it comes to religion believe what you believe, just in the end, hope you have the right one.

Nope Christians will not go to hell because hell does not exist. Hwen a christian dies they will look the same way as everybody else.

There is no heaven for the good, just the ground or fire. There is no hell for the bad, just the ground or fire. There is no purgatory for the "middle man", just the ground to rot in, or the fire to cremate in.

*cheers

If a person didn't really believe God or anything that has to with God, God wouldn't even be in their vocabulary.

Hell was created by God for satan and his fallen angels. But because of those(anybody) that "choose" to believe in a lie(satan's lies) rather than the Truth (Who is Jesus Christ), unfortunately they will join satan and his fallen angels. But because of God's grace and love for you, He has given you the opportunity to receive His love gift by allowing you to breathe and have life. But one day that will end, and when it does, you better "KNOW" where you will spend eternity.

You don't have to believe you were born, but you are here. What you believe doesn't create reality. Truth is truth. If you don't have the gift of eternal life you will die in the lake of fire, the place known as hell, whether you believe it or not...no contract required.
