Our biggest fear in relationships is letting down our guard and completely giving our selves to another person, exposing all of who we are. The fear is that the carpet will be pulled from right underneath just when you feel yo are on secure ground.
Don't know why you broke up, but think through that and make sure it is resolved. It will come up again if not. Whatever you sweep under the carpet now, will surely show up later, along with everything else you've been setting aside. Resolve as it happens. Find the root of the issues. You can't just say, "Ok, I won't get mad anymore". You have to know what made you mad, and why.
Life and Love are a roller coaster. Just make sure your seatbelt is on and you'll be OK.

Yes, falling in love can be quite scary.
I am currently dealing with the same issue. I hope for the results that you've gotten. My guy is amazing and thoughtful...so much so that I am awaiting to be woken up from this.
Go for it. Yes, its scary, but it sounds like it deserves a chance.

It's normal to be scared, because you really don't know what the future holds for you. just relax and enjoy each other and don't think of the future what might happen. live for today .
