i have been on the depo shot dince nov 25(i think). anyways if u know anything about it plz tell me. for me one min im fine,then the next im crying. Plus my mind is thinkin crazy stuff(nothing sucided or harming anyone) just stuff that ain't me. i Feel crazy any a way. pesonally i think it's the shot because of the horomones,or watever. plz tell me wat im going though is the depo shot in me. Because usally i am not like this. also give me some advice how to get stuff off me mind! thanks so much for ur advice

I have a few friends who had to get off the shots because of this reason. You should find an alternative. .like the pill, as it has less of these side effects. They did and they feel normal again.

definately talk to your doc about this. You dont sound nuts but if its a reaction to the shot then your doc can find you an alternative that would work better for you. My girlffriend was on the shot and she found it killed her sex drive, when she let the shot run its course she switched, she was back to wanting it again. Reactions vary

i would recommend you find a different method of BC (birth control) if you are getting these side effects so early. i was on Depo Provera for 6 years, and i didn't have your symptoms, although i gained weight, and my sex drive went down soooo much. the pill didn't work for me either, so i would just be honest with your Dr. about what is going on with your body and tell them you want something else.
