Yes. But if they have sex the adult will go to jail for statutory rape. Who will then have to file as a sex offender for the rest of his/her life.

If you are dating someone that is 15 -16, and the parents give their blessing, it is only illegal to engage in activities that is inappropriate for a 15 - 16 year old.
This is an age group that think they are ready for the world. They are not, they will have it all together and fall apart just when you need the strength that they have been showing.

You can date the minor with the parents' permission, but you can't have sex with the minor. Sorry, but the law is the law. Thank you and I hope you keep in your pants, otherwise, you are off to jail.

You can date who you want ,But you can not sleep with a minor or you are history. The parents may agree now but you never know what might come back later to bite you in the butt

Not illegal to date. But to have sex, even if consensual AND parents know it, that's punishable by law. If caught, the state would be forced to press charges, regardless if the parents testify on your behalf. You'd also be labeled a sex offender for the rest of your life. Be smart...and patient.
