Cold, Flu, Coldsores, Meningitis, Mumps, most other water bourne illnesses that can be past from a carrier to a non carrier. Cannot get Pregnant, AIDS, or any STD from Kissing, although I suppose herpes counts as a sexual disease and that can be passed by salival contact.
