In the long run your education is the most important thing. If you guys are meant to be together you will be. You wouldn't be the first person to move to another college and find yourself with the same man in the end. Be true to yourself and get your education. You have the rest of your life to have relationships. Get the education while you are young and don't settle for mediocrity.

Somewhat same troubles but it is because I'm going overseas in the airforce/ study abroad. Just because you two aren't within ten minutes of eachother does not mean that your relationship is over. Heck, my girlfriend and I have been engaged for 1 year and will continue on that status for another 2 knowing that there is a possibility though morally we are both very loyal and faithful to eachother. Right now me and my girlfriend are 1 day and $500 in gas away from eachother. But that doesnt stop us from talking on the phone, planning events, email, etc. We stay in contact and support eachother the best we can. You two need to figure out how to do the same. Plus I would easily trade the 3 hours drive to spend with my girlfriend. Did that during her first college. So it is all possible. Good luck ;)

READ YOUR QUESTION, I WON'T EVEN TELL YOU WHAT YOU SOUND LIKE,"I CAN'T SEE MYSELF THROWING AWAY A PERFECT RELATIONSHIP JUST TO MAKE MYSELF HAPPY". WHAT ABOUT IMPROVING MY LIFE, IF MOVING WILL IMPROVE YOUR LIFE OR MAKE THINGS BETTER FOR YOU, IT'S A NO BRAINER. I SEE YOU ARE GOING TO GO THROUGH A LOT IN LIFE, BECAUSE NO ONE TOLD YOU IF THE SHOE WAS ON THE OTHER FOOT, YOUR BOYFRIEND WOULD COME UP TO YOU AND JUST TELL YOU HE WAS MOVING BECAUSE IT IS BEST FOR HIM. YOU GOT TO KNOW YOUR BOYFRIEND JUST WANT YOU THERE, IF HE LOVE YOU WHAT IS A 3 HOUR DRIVE AND 3 HOURS IS NOT A LONG DISTANCE RELATIONSHIP. DON'T EVER PUT YOUR LIFE ON HOLD FOR A MAN. YOU HAVE SO MUCH TO LEARN, YOU NEED TO TALK TO AN OLDER PERSON. NOT THIS YAHOO THING, YOU WILL SEE YOU SHOULD MAKE THAT MOVE.

You are fooling yourself, you do not have a perfect relationship. If it was perfect your boyfriend would want you to go to wherever you had to go to get the education you need. If you are sure that the school where you are will not get you what you need, then moving is the most important thing for you to do.
If life is worth while it will stand the test of time. It is time your boyfriend start sacrificing for the future. PUT OFF TODAY'S PLEASURE FOR A FUTURE OPPORTUNITY.

i would suggest you move away, because if you don't and if things don't work out with your man you will always wonder 'what if'. that is a terrible feeling to have.
i understand that you two have a wonderful relationship now, but by you staying it's giving him the ability to make your decisions for you. you don't have to 'throw away' a perfect relationship...if it is perfect, it will remain that way no matter how far the two of you are apart

There's so many guys out there...and if you are moving to another college there will be tons!
If you are willing to move away from him, then you aren't that into him anyway. It will be hard at first but you have to follow your dreams not live the way he wants you to by not moving away.

If he is The One your relationship will endure the mere three-hour separation in order for you to improve your educational experience. School is an investment in yourself -- one that will last a lifetime.

Girl, that **** might be perfect now. But nothing lasts forever. I am not trying to put your man down or anything. You need to do whats best for YOU. I know from experience.
