I'm a guy so maybe my opinion isn't relevant, but for what it's worth - If it was just his brother I'd tell him that I would appreciate his keeping our intimate life private from now on. Since he also told his mother I'd begin to question the bf's maturity. If he confided everything to mom that might be reason for concern on your part for the future of the relationship. Will he tell her every time you two fight and go running to her for advice?

I would have a serious conversation with him about telling mom what goes on. Those intimate moments are between the two of you. As for the brother that is pretty normal, but still kinda ugh.

Drop him like a hot potato. His brother might think he's hot stuff, and the mother think you're a hussy -- but none of them will take your feelings into account. It's possible that your bf is just hanging with you for the sex and the wild stories he has afterwards to tell his buddies. He's not worth the hole in a donut. Drop him.

From a guy's perspective, if the tables were flipped...
It really depends on what level of details there were. If a woman told her parents that she and I were lovers and that was it, I could handle it. It *is* the year 2007, unless you are a fanatical right-wing conservative.
But if they are handing out the fine details, then that is out of bounds unless you had already discussed and agreed it was ok to give that information out. It should be private between the two of you, and only shared with those you both agree it should be.

Everyone is going to know .You may tell your best friend so he told his mom and brother so what. There is nothing you can do to stop what goes on in people relationships .what you do will always be told. So my advice to you is if it embarrasses you then don't do it ,Because you may hear about it later down the road.

Brothers talk about that kind of stuff instinctively, but the mother part is a bit weird.

Wow I couldn't imagine telling my mother anything like that. Maybe my brother, but not my mother. That's weird. I would get rid of em. That's just weird.

I might tell my brother (since my brother is only 2 years younger than I and he's a ho) cause that's two guys just shooting the sh*t... but I would NEVER tell my parents... ever... period. That's just weird and unsettling.

I'd break off all ties with him. You obviously can't trust him to keep that type of thing confidential, & even if he said he wouldn't tell his family anymore, how could you even trust him again? To discuss such personal info with his mom is, in a word.....SICK!!!!

My ex used to tell his mom stuff and I was so embarrassed. He ended up being a loser so I don't have to deal with it anymore. But he said that it wasn't bad to tell her. I would never tell my parents. That's just weird to me. Tell him how it makes you feel and if it bothers you make sure he knows and maybe he'll stop.
