A friend and I are finally starting a kitty charity org. We trap, neuter and release feral (wild) cats, then feed them afterwards for their lifetime. We help other people do this too. If we come upon tame stray kitties, we find homes for them. We also will raise feral kittens to be tame at times. Our goal is to fight the stray kitty epidemic in our big city.
We can use a name that hasn't been used in Texas, so if you know of a cute org name from another state, we can use that.

Wow, what a huge undertaking! And an important one, too! Kudos for your initiative -- we need more people like you!
There is an organization called "Save the Kitties," that I don't think is in Texas, but that name might be too cutesy?
What about something that incorporates "TNR" in the name? And then on your logo, in small letters you could have "trap, neuter, release" on it -- it would educate people about TNR programs.
Like "Texas TNR" or "TNR Lifeline" or something like that?

OMG! i cant believe it but im so glad there are ppl like you out there who do care about feral cats and found a way to help them. Yet when tamed and fed by humans arent they considered domestic? Anyways its better than them running off eating all the little creatures to extinction.

That is GREAT! I did the same thing for my community. How about Feline Friends, I don't think it is being used and it was one that I was going to use but chose another.

We have an organization like that here. It is called Indy Feral. I know the name isn't anything special, but they do provide a good service.
