It is testimony, or the "giving" of evidence in the form of testimony by virtue of the fact that it is silent, like a grave, like the ocean, like a fire after a burning house is "mute testimony" that a fire just burned down the house. A dead man full of gun shots laying next to the gun: the scene is "mute tetimony" that a crime was committed. Get it?

I dunno. Never heard (pun) a mute testimony but I like the concept. Hopefully it catches on, evangelists talk to much.
