Yes, it can be done, but only with the permission of the priest who presides over the church you want to get married in. Both priests need to discuss it so they will be on the same page. Some priests and ministers are pretty territorial and won't allow it......others will. All you can do is ask.

It depends on the church. Many churches are willing to rent out the building, and allow you to provide your own pastor. It is a way for the parish or congregation to make money to offset their expenses in maintaining the church.
You also could have your priest do the wedding, and have the priest from the other church do the prayer, or some other part in the ceremony, making them both feel special.

If you are still of the same denomination, just currently belong to a different church then no, I don't think there would be any problem with that, and I fully believe that the priest from your current church would actually enjoy visiting another man of god =P lol

I don't think this would be a problem if they are the same denomination. In addition, you might wish to inform the priest of your old church (where the ceremony is held) that you completely respect him. Make sure he knows it's not because you didn't like his preaching or the Church so that it isn't uncomfortable. Throw in a compliment like: "I wanted two amazing priests to bless my marriage"

My family is Catholic and my sister's soon-to-be husband was non-denominational Christian, therefore, they had both the priest and the minister officiate. I'd never seen that done before and it wasn't necessary but I thought it was nice for the non-Catholic guests. Really, there's not much difference in the ceremony that I could tell.

It's up to each individual church and priest and/or minister. When I got married in my wife's Catholic Church, we had my Baptist minister officiate along with the priest.

Most likely you will be able to. When you rent a church building they don't usually require you to use their minister, pastor, or priest.

This is between the Reverends and a matter of doctrine. If they are of the same denominations the answer is yes.

It depends on the denominations. Catholics might have a problem with that, but most Protestant denominations wouldn't mind.
