I have long and very straight hair. It looks nice when I spend a lot of time on it.....(washing the night before and letting dry natural with a clip in it to hold the roots up and then putting it on hot rollers but combing it out so it isn't curly, just has body). I use quality products, have my layers frequently updated and avoid the hair dryer so it stays healty. I can't take any more of this work while my hair still looks like a stringy flat mess! I have heard of a "body perm", but don't really know what it is. Will my hair be damaged? Will it require as much work to look decent. I really just want it to lay better than it does now and not look so flat.
