Dear Good Day: Renewal is a change of position ; situational, physically or mentally - or all !

It emanates from the process that we proceed through when we have asked Jesus to be our Teacher and the Holy Spirit to be our Guide and Comforter.

When Jesus teaches us of our soul, Relationship to our Creator, and washes us clean of our Past, he teaches in a detailed fashion that leaves no stones uncovered. It becomes a spiritual ascent as more and more of the debris of our lives is discussed and looked upon, together, through their direction and instruction. All hurts must be healed through the clear perception and clarity they offer. All situations not understood are layed out before our mind and discussed until we perceive the truths in the situation we did not know, ourself.

The process takes years of spiritual study with them. But, at last, we have cleared up all questions, made right our perceptions of the past, and have placed all peoples in our past into the light of Truth. We feel cleansed ; so clean of it all. That gives new energy, new enthusiasm and brings about the changes I have mentioned in the opening sentence. It is the true Renewal. Although in Baptism we surrender ourselves and are "washed clean," we cannot truly experience that washing until we have entered into the process of it - with them.

Once we have accomplished through them this lovely level of be-ing, they take us still further into levels of spiritual knowing that continuously makes us closer and more loving toward our Creator. At the end of the process it is more likely, I suppose, to feel that instead of being brought to a location called heaven, we simply walk straight outward - into His glory.

Best regards, Lana
