i dont know what i am having but if i have a boy i want to name him orion (ore e awn) NOT oryan also i have a question in my question would you pronounce orion (ore e awn) or o ryan i am scared ppl will call him o ryan. anyway the only middle name i liked with this name was shae- Orion Shae? would like unique names so please any suggestions you have would be great. thanks

if it was a girl i'd suggest Skye.
If it's spelled Orion, the typical (common) way, it will definitely be mistaken for Oh-Ryan without a doubt.
Oreon? Looks good, the only downside i could see with this spelling is that it is close to Oregon...but hey - that's not such a bad thing. oh...then there's Oreo cookies. hmm...
just make sure you are prepared to accept the mistaken ennunciations for the next few decades no matter how you choose to spell it. (handsome name, though!)
Shae seems very feminine.

I think people will definitely pronounce it wrong since the name is usually pronounced O-ryan.
Perhaps a different spelling to reflect the pronounciation?

Orion would be said O-ryan like the constelletion by most people. I am not sure how to spell is best to get ore-e-awn - maybe Oreyon?

Orion was a hunter in greek mythology. My youngest son's name is Hunter Orion. Orion is pronounced O RYAN or OR' IAN. I would say if you want it to be pronounced ORE A AWN you should spell it something similar to that..Oreawn..or..oreon. If you spell it Orion..it will get pronounced as the greek hunter...

People will likely pronounce this like o-RY-an because of the warrior in Greek mythology. I would say find another way to spell it..
