how do you take still pictures from a 30 sec video on a kodak cx7300?

i would like to take the video i have on my camera and take pictures from it is this possiable?

The procedure is the same for any camera, but it depends on what program you are using to watch the video. Sometimes there is a capture button on the PC screen, but more likely you will have to pause the video and take a screen shot by pressing CTRL plus the Screen Print button on your keyboard. It's there, look for it! That puts the video frame on your windows clipboard so you can paste it into your favorite photo-editing program. Crop the image to get rid of everything but the video frame, and don't expect the quality to be as good as a normal picture from your camera. When you record video the camera works at a reduced resolution level.
