If you're having sex with the guy:
Dress sexy under your normal clothes, and let him have it when you get home from going wherever (if he didn't make dinner reservations or something, come up with an activity that you think he would like). If not, get him a bottle of rum, or cigars. If he doesn't drink or smoke, make him some obviously homemade valentine's day cookies. That would do it for me at least.
