Micheal Moore, Morgan Spurlock

They may be pop culture, but they certainly think hard and well about how to get their point across to the most people in the most accessible manner. Also check out Marylin Manson in Bowling for Columbine, he comes across just about the best when interviewed (in fact he is about the only person in the whole documentary that agreed to a formal interview and who wasn't tripped up by Moore - because he had THOUGHT about his answers)

Excuse Me just because the computer Stephen Hawking uses has an American accent doesn't mean he isn't an ENGLISH theoretical physicist educated at CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY.
OMG you cannot do that!

There are several good ones, but most are dead.
Benjamin Franklin, Samuel Clemens (Mark Twain) and Carl Sagan are three good ones.
Currently, there's George Carlin and Lewis Black.

In the past, great men were creators. Now, the best brains point out the stupidity of our civilization.
