what kind of plants give out more oxygen then others

Marine algae are estimated to produce 70% of the world's oxygen. However, that's largely because of the huge population sizes for marine algae.

If you are asking which individual plant produces the most oxygen, I suppose it's the biggest, i.e. redwood trees.
