I have been with my boyfriend for about a year and a half. We were engaged and lived together. We still do stuff together, but all we ever do is fight. I love him so much and dont want to end things but all we do is fight. He has a very, very stressful job and is trying to find a new one. I am also taking 5 classes at college and also work. Also his family hates me and thats who he lives with right now so it is sort of another problem. Anyways, what can we do without breaking things off for good. I am thinking of going to a therapist to see if there is something I can do.

No, we do not live together at his parents house. He lives back with them. I do not want to lose him but I am afraid I will. I would give up everything to be with him. To start a family with him.

Therapy is always a good idea. For the most part I tend to think that maybe you don't understand each other? that's why people fight. Maybe you don't see eye to eye on things but there is always compromising. Try to once in a while switch places with each other, how would he feel, or how would she feel etc.

You both need to be compassionate about the other's stressors. He's in a stressful job, so he's vomitting his frustrations on you while you're taking 5!!!!.......5 classes and your venting all your garbage on him, too.
I can see the problem. Maybe, you two can better see what the other is going through and empathize with the other and be a sounding board for eachother rather than a punching bag.
BTW: BAD IDEA to live with BF's family, even under the best circumstances. Move out of there now!!!
Hope this helps some.

perhaps not living together for a while would be good. If you are living with his parents is not good. Get your own place, either with him or without him. It will make all the difference. You are not truely out on your own if you are with his parents who hate you. Get your own life before you share it with someone else.
