I teach several dance classes and we are looking to install mirrors on one wall. the mirros will also serve as "decoration", to make the room (which happens to be our church social hall) look larger. i don't know where to get started really. any tips and/or info will be appreciated!

Go to your local glass shop, see if they can order sheets of mirror for you. Tell them what it's for, they might cut a deal...You don't want tile mirrors for dancers, when they look in the mirror their heads will be cut off........

Also you can check into acrylic mirrors too....I don't know much about them but check with your local plastics shop......I think it's worth looking into......good luck........

Mirrored tiles are available with all kinds of patterns etched into them. For you application I would suggest a patterned border with plain tiles on the inside. Check with a local wall covering store for available tiles and recommendations for installation.

If you are doing an entire wall, use the larger tiles, 12" or 16" or larger. It will look better and not be as broken up by the edges of the tile.

You might considered mirrored tiles. They are usually less expensive and you can arrange them to fit the area you need. ---I hope this helps.
