The usual is around 70 something farenheit, or 22 degrees centigrade, although it depends on how the climate is where we live. I live in a place kown for its climate extremes and in the winter maybe 22 is a little on the chilly side, especially if we keep suffering from hot and cold days during the winter season. In the summer 22 degrees is not enough becase we are sweltering all the time, so 20 would sound better.

What I would consider a comfortable room temperature is mostly the warm side. But I guess its up to you, if you like warm then you like it warm. If you are a cold, cool person then I recommend cool air.

In Scientific circles room temperature is usually taken to be 20 degree Celsius; below this it is too cold, and above this it starts to feel stuffy.

We're all different on this. I like it in the 60s, but most people prefer the 70s.
