For those who suppose the Bible, Jesus died for our sins and for the salvation of mankind. Jesus didn't have a van, and definitely didn't have the economic resources to operate one distributing meals. Jesus did not have ultra-modern clinical tactics and technologies either. Ultimately, Jesus did not have televisions and teleprompters to present higher speeches. I believe that Jesus did beautiful good given what he had to work with. If the helping of locals, the feeding of the hungry and the curing of the unwell are not good sufficient for you, I can not imagine what would be... Possibly if Jesus invented and drove a tricked out Hummer around the Holy Land distributing Penicillin and caviar, and appeared in tune videos on the weekends? Edit: I haven't any idea what happened to the gold from the Magi, however there would not look to be any dispute that Jesus used to be not independently rich.

Most of the time Jesus would just say your faith has made you whole. in this case it's the same. Luke 17:12 is where it starts.
when the ten lepers were told to go tell the priests, they were cleansed as they left. one came back to thank Jesus, and he asked where the other nine were, the guy said they kept going, Jesus told the guy :

Lu 17:19 And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.

It's lepers, not leapers. Didn't he wash their feet? It was more of a symbolic thing.

It is implied that he used some divine power to heal them. This is an example of one of his acts that christians have to have faith in.
