spring break is march 12-18.
and errgh.
i`m goin to see my boyfriend i havent seen in a long time.
and i wanna get a real nice stomach.
any ideas?
and guys,
what kind of stomach looks best?
cus im gonna be at the beach alot.

you need a flat stomache just do sit ups everyday for like 30 min and that should help out alot

ok, if youre kinda chunky or need to lose fat down there, you HAVE TO to alot of cardio, try running everyday for an hour or two. that will burn the fat. then for an excercise to target your tummy, dont bother with situps, do crunches withyour head and legs off the floor. look up bicycle crunches on the internet because ive heard those are the most effective. they work GREAT for me at least. alsotry laying flat on your back with your arms at your sides and lifting your legs to the cieling without bending the knees, and without resting them on the floor. Do that for awhile and you'll be sore like crazy, but you'll see an improvement in just a couple days. no worries!

sounds like your going shopping for a new stomach....but i think you have to make yours better if your not satisfied...just work out , walk alot and drink lots of water...thats how i prepare for the beach season.....guys like nice flat bellys, but being tone is the clue....

umm..do crunches? just work out your abs a lot. you have a lot of time.
