Jane Fonda had absolutely NOTHING to do with the troops leaving Vietnam. All "Hanoi Jane" did was help our enemies and cause the torture and deaths of American POWs being held in Vietnam. Don't over-estimate her importance in the overall scheme of things...the reality is that she had about as much effect on ending the Vietnam War as a raindrop has in calming a violent ocean.

And would you care to elaborate on how this 20th century traitor helped save your life? Or can you?

Odds are she is making things worse. People don't care if Hanoi Jane, Sean Penn or any other washed up actor is saying its wrong. Why would we? Very few of them are actually educated or have any reality other than their own, so what makes them qualified to make decisions in our country. Jane should have been tried for treason after Vietnam.

I honestly have no idea how you, if you were in Vietnam, can come to the conclusion that Jane Fonda helped bring you home. She is a traitor. If you served in Vietnam, I thank you deeply for your service to our country; from a fellow veteran.

I am against the war, but really against Jane fonda as well. I am a vet and when she went to North Vietnam and set behind those anti aircraft guns that shot down our fellow americans....she crossed the line from peace activist to traitor.

In the 60s and 70s she was a traitor. Now she is just an old woman trying to escape obscurity and get her grizzled visage on TV again. This is her last attempt at redeeming herself in a political light. Maybe if she does it right this time she won't betray the troops.

She has only one vote, just like you and me. She can make noise, but she cannot actually accomplish what she demands of others.

On the other hand, she got a lot of people killed in Vietnam by giving encouragement to the enemy, so it could be said that she managed to bring home some Americans...in coffins. I would not be so unkind as to say so, but some would.

Just sent you a message on this.

Please let me know how she was able to help you, and how her actions resulted in troop reductions in Vietnam.

Thanks,

How exactly did she help save your life by bringing troops home from Vietnam? She visited POW's who gave her notes to bring home to their families, then took the notes directly to their captors, causing them to be EXECUTED. She went on Vietnamese radio stations calling soldiers (and even FLYBOYS) "baby killers".

Jane Fonda is a TRAITOR to the American people, a TRAITOR to our armed forces servicemen, and she should be ARRESTED or EXECUTED for her CRIMES.

I don't see what Jane Fonda has to do with the war, or why she should be a deciding figure as to when our soldiers come home.
