Check craigslist.org They have a site for just about every major metro area, and they have a search that will let you put in the price range you are looking for. Just click your state or country (on the right hand side of the site), and then pick your city, or the one closest to you, then click on "Cars & Trucks"

the old 1922 model T's go around for about $900. They are very reliable, but lack certain features seen on modern cars

won't find one at that price unless its a personal friend of the family or church. as any car that at least moves is worth $1000. so to add in nice and running good, minimum of $3000 and its still will have issues.
