i love the fancy white tuna but heres some nutrician news the cheaper tuna has less mecury than the cheap cans and sport fish or game fish that eat smaller fish have the most mercury two to three fish meals a week is safest and so dont eat too much tuna shark mackeral salmon or snapper or big game fish and if you do only a few times a week the cheap and smaller fish sticks at the store is the least amount of mercury of all followed by tuna

I only eat Albacore. The other tuna is to full of bones and scales for me. I also only eat one brand. Kirkland albacore is the best.

I cannot stand albacore tuna its way too dry and tastes weird. I prefer the light tuna in vegetable broth.

The white stuff is too dry. The "cat" stuff is too shredded. I found a kind called "filet" tuna. It's the best. It's not white, but it's not all weird like the regular kind. It's more expensive than the normal kind, but cheaper than the white kind. I call it happy medium tuna.

Albacore is best. Skip-Jack is for the cats.
