If the US goes into Iran, do you think any other country will help Iran? Who do you think it would be?

What final outcome do you think will occur?

Regardless of "how" the US goes in, either with manpower or "just" missile power.

The idea may be to try to provoke Iran to attack us, or use a false flag attack.. Then bomb them from our ships and from Iraq. Interesting---Don't know if Russia or France or China will assist Iran. Result---Lots of money spent, and we deepen the problems which provides more reason to be there which means more money spent and Israel has it's big brother there into the foreseeable future.

No one will help Iran. Jordan, UAE, Sadi Arabia, Libya, Kuwait, and even most in Iraq are not happy about being situated next to a country that wants to trade nuclear rounds with Israel. In fact, We'd probably get a lot of help.

Outcome. I'd be shocked if it took more than a week to take Iran. A sound, undeniable defeat where Iran actually surrenders would help silence the Chinese, Russians, et al. Our enemies will want to forget very quickly how weak Iran really was.

I don't think the US will invade Iran purely out of US/Iran conflict, I think the US would go to Iran to defend Israel if Iran makes moves against Israel. I think people underestimate the Iran/Israel thing... Iran will have the support of Russia, Syria, lots of other nations...
The Bible prophesied of a war in the end times between Israel & Iran (which was called Persia at the time).
And of course, any war with the US & Russia on opposing ends, and so many other nations involved, will, of course, be a world war.

I think it will be the Russians. Even at this very moment, the Russian Foreign Minister had already voiced his concern on the growing American presence in the Persian Gulf. While Russia is trying to maintain its neutrality by encouraging for the peaceful diplomatic solution on the ongoing American-Iranian crisis, if ever push comes to shove, that is if the U.S. attacks Iran, I think Russia will take sides with Iran.

Well Venezuela already said that in case Iran is attacked they are going to defend it.Then we know very well that Russia and China,both are against a military strike in Iran,because they have economical and political gains from Iran.So they would never accept US or any other country attacking Iran,and most probably they would help too...Then I think that there are going to be some Muslim countries helping Iran as well...

North Korea is likely to help Iran. But the U.S will not invade Iran, without reason. If we were attacked by Iran or one of our allies were, then no one would help Iran other than North Korea.

The Soviet Union and China sold weapons and vehicles to Iran in the 80s during the Iraq/Iran war. If they still continue to sell weapons to Iran, then Russia and China might help Iran. But I really really doubt it. Since China and Russia have better things to do. Russia is more likely to help the Allied side if WW3 happens, not the Axis.

If and when WW3 happens, all countries will reinstate the draft. So I hope you all are prepared. God forbid it happens, because war costs money, and lives.

I'm sure many more Nations would be involved, only if Iran attacks first. If the U.S attacks first which I doubt, the only Countries the would help the U.S would be Britan and Israel, in my opinion.

Many bluster but few countries want to engage in an all out war.
Syria may be crazy enough but China, & Russia will not take that chance. Venuzula is too far away to be of any help, if they send oil it is easy to intercept.
The US does not plan to go into Iran unless it attacks directly. They have stopped Iran from coming into Iraq & inciting more violence, but that is as far as the US plans to go.

I could see an outcome like this. If things really break down I could see U.S. launching air sorties against Iranian military installations. Iran may or my retaliate with a ground attack. If they did I could see the American superior fire power pressing them back to their borders. (sort of like Desert Storm when we pushed Iraq out of Kuwait) There would probably be much more casualties in this battle, though. I couldn't see the US trying to physically occupy Iran though because this would be both political and military suicide. But who knows, we may already be fighting some Iranians already in guerrilla battles within Iraq.

China, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Venezuala and Russia all have links to Iran. If we attack, then we face a possible World War III. We do not have the budget or manpower to attack Iran. All of our forces our drained as it is in Iraq and Afghanistan.

I don't think anyone would help them, from what I hear, most countries in the region are scared to death of Iran getting the bomb
Russia is the only one that may help, as they are already giving and selling them nuclear technology and other weapons. Russia would help Iran just to bring us down. We would win, but it won't be pretty.
