Yes, It's not scriptural. The Bible says :
6 If any be blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of riot or unruly.
7 For a bishop must be blameless, as the steward of God; not selfwilled, not soon angry, not given to wine, no striker, not given to filthy lucre;
8 But a lover of hospitality, a lover of good men, sober, just, holy, temperate;
9 Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.
Also 1 Timothy chapter 2 ;
11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve.
14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
I just believe God, that's all!
Blessings to you!

Pastors: yes. it is right there in the Bible that a woman should not be leading a church. the criteria for a pastor include "husband of one wife"...which is something that a woman can't be. if a woman were the spiritual authority in a church, would her husband - who is the spiritual authority in the household - then subject to her?
preachers: not necessarily. i think this is primarily the role of a pastor, but women can preach the word of God as well. some people will say that they cannot teach men; i'm not sure where i stand on that. you have to draw a line between leading the church and preaching.
ministers: everyone is called to be a minister - since the word means "servant". women and men alike should serve one another in humility.

We live in a vastly different culture than the biblical times in which the "rules" forbidding women in leadership positions were written. Many cultures still look at women in leadership roles as inappropriate, but for cultures such as ours, this means we either keep to the old or keep up with new traditions. Everywhere else in our own culture, women are equals with men, which makes the church the last vestige of prejudice to be conquered -- or, as some churches will assert, the only ones making a stand for what the Bible really teaches. Everyone gets to quote as much Scripture as they like, but Paul and the other New Testament writers have said their piece and left the building, leaving us to interpret what was really meant.
I don't consider this issue to have any effect on the central focus of the Bible, which is salvation by grace through Jesus Christ. I'll hold the administration of the sacraments to be important enough to tie closely to the life of a Christian, but as to whether women must continue to be subservient to men -- I'll take that risk and go with women being in leadership roles and in the Ministry.

Women are not to interpret or teach the Word as pastors... But that dose not forbid them from other roles... the woman is not to be the head of the man... but if it were not for Godly women most churches would fall apart...When I first came to The Church it was the example of Godly women that suprised me most... as I had the stereotype of women not haveing a place of importance in The Church... I have recieved much insight from Godly women who know how to follow God's plan for bothe man and woman...

No. Women should be encouraged to be leaders in the church. Women already are the backbone of churches and should also be allowed to participate as ministers as well.

Women obedient to the Lord fulfill many essential roles in the church. Is it important to God, or only to human pride, for them to be what you call "leaders"?
'35 And He sat down, called the twelve, and said to them, “If anyone desires to be first, he shall be last of all and servant of all.” '

Not at all. Women leaders should be allowed in all religions. Women, in my opinion and experience, can bring a lot to the priesthood including empathy, communication, and compassion.
