What is a vehicle value plate fee and where can I find it?

I purchased a new truck in Aug/2006 and I am trying to find out how much my "vehicle value plate fee" is. Where would I find this?

i would call the dmv at ur state and ask them but probably not since the car isnt on the road anymore. if u still have to register it than register it as a non-op
