It depends on what is looking good.

I'm looking good = Me veo bien
You are looking good = Te ves bien
He/She/It is looking good = Se ve bien

What bbjaga says is correct but there is also an expression when something look good.

The (something) is looking good = La (cosa) se ve bien/parece bien
