Brush her teeth now, but she doesnt need to untill she is 3. Unless you suspect a problem, then take her to the doctor, he will let you know if you should at that point. So 3 is about the age to take her in.

I suggest you wait until she is about 3 or 4 but DO NOT wait longer than that.
My parents didn't take me to the dentist until I was about 10 and now I'm getting braces for the first time in high school.
Do your daughter a favor and take her to the dentist regularly.
Start young and she won't have to suffer with braces as a teenager (if she needs them).

If you have really serious concerns, by all means, get her checked out.
Good luck and Clean Teeth!

Supposedly, once they have teeth, they're supposed to go. Now, I didn't start taking mine until much later but if you have concerns, best to at least call you dentist's office and see what they have to say. At my dentist's office, baby teeth are cheaper because they don't do flouride treatments until adult teeth come in and I don't think they do x-rays until later as well. Better safe than sorry though. Preventive medicine is always better in the long run. Get a dentist that's good with kids though.

A good age is one year for the first visit. Explain in advance to your daughter what is going to take place. And if you have concerns about your daughter's teeth, then I'd say NOW is a good time. Wouldn't you agree?

if you have concerns about her teeth you should take her to the dentist. If the dentist doesnt see anything wrong with your childs teeth you can at least get a cleaning and that would help your child get used to going to the dentist. I would recommend that you go to a pedriatric dentist because they have toys and give prizes and this makes children more comfortable

if you have concerns then take her- it never hurts to let them check things out early! But otherwise when my kids were little (23 yrs ago) they told us age 2 but my daughter who has a soon to be 2 year old says that now a day they tell you to wait until 3 yrs old!!

you need to start taking them to the dentist starting at 4 months so the dentist can prepare their gums for teething, makes for less pain for them.
