Your best option is to have it dealt with by a dentist. There is no reason why you can't have dental treatment during pregnancy - this includes Xrays, local anaesthetic, extractions, ...
There risk of a tooth infection will not harm your baby. It is for yourself that I recommend immediate treatment. Your choice af painkillers is limited, so unless you seek treatment, you are going to be very unhappy. Using antibiotics alone will not necessarily reduce the infection, and should be used as a SUPPLEMENT to normal dental treatment, not a first line of action. It would be a shame if you couldn't enjoy the birth because of a toothache!
When I worked near a local hospital, the hospital brought me over a woman in the early stages of labour because she was in such pain from a toothache! Extraction = problem solved.
If you still need reassurance, talk to your obstetrician. He won't want the complication of a woman with toothache at a delivery.

When you're pregnant, your blood flow increases. I asked a pregnant person I know and she said you might have premature birth BUT she wasn't sure so don't go freaking out. Also congrats on your pregnancy

Go to the dentist. It could harm your baby if it's infected.

NO, you will need to go on antibiotics. Sometimes, if a tooth infection is untreated, can lead to an infection of the heart.
