My momma would use mayonaise to condition her hair or a beer rinse....don't know how it worked for her but I think it's kinds gross. I prefer pantene! Also, for thin hair with good hold, use some of the bed head products. you can find them at wal-mart.

Eggs are protein and will make your hair shine. Wash your hair with shampoo first to get all the dirt out. Just make sure to rinse all the eggs out of your hair. If you want thin, spikey hair, buy an inexpensive can of super strong hair spray.

Don't listen to 'em up there.
Small minds.

I have tried eggs as shampoo. While it only sort of cleaned my hair, it definitely adds extra protein, thickness, bounce and shine, (especially if you rinse with cold water afterwards) It's also a nice natural way to clean hair. It's definitely a lot less harsh than conventional shampoos and all the chemicals they put in there.

Problems: Yes, it smells. It's expensive and a bit impractical. But it's good for a once a month hair treat.

A better method would be to just wash your hair once a week with a very diluted organic shampoo. (Won't be as harsh and damaging as a regular shampoo) Also - try a mayonnaise treatment once a week. All the goodness of eggs. Less bad smell and easier to work with.

Good luck !

Eggs are not shampoo and don't do anything for hair. Eat them instead. Food= eat. Use hair products on your hair. Mayo is a greasy smelly mess to put on hair and has to be shampooed out unless you want to smell like a sandwich.

Use a heavy spiking gel and make sure hair is short enough to spike.

eggs on your hair isn't good bro.

maybe you try wearing a hair net at night to train it, and also hair products such "Aussie Mega Styling Gel Strong Hold 7 OZ." There are even better ones. And stay with shampoo not eggs!

Like Sid vicious'.. Lol. Use any shampoo for thin spikey hair, it doesn't matter, but use one formulated for your hair type i.e. greasy, dry etc. As I mentioned before, use a good gum. This works wonders!

Gross. Why are you putting eggs in your hair? Just use shampoo!

I always thought it was mayo that was good for conditioning of hair .
Egg whites or egg yolk is good for your skin (face dry or oily ). My mother was a hairdresser and she told me about mayo and hair.
First, make sure its cut short enough or thinned out enough otherwise you need to use hair products to assist you in getting it to stand up.
