Depends on the manner to which they healed the other person. What was involved? I guess the more important thing would be what are the circumstances involved and surrounding the healing? I have seen and heard of miracles happening even when the only thing being used was modern science, something that normally wouldn't have worked or had little chance of success ended up working. The other issue is what is the distinguishing definition of what is considered a miracle and what is considered magic...

I certainly do believe that what the Bible says about healing is true. But any healing done n this system of things brings only temporary benefits, doesn't it? Eventually we all die. Will there ever be a time when everyone living will enjoy good health and never have to die?
Rev.21:1-4
Isa.25:8
Isa. 33:24
another thing...the cost of service's:"cure sick people, raise up dead persons, make lepers clean, expel demons. You received free, give free."(Matt.10:8)(are healers today doing that-giving free , as Jesus commanded.?)

Depends. If they did it without praising themselves, and they gave the glory to God or a higher being, then I would consider it a miracle.
If they took all the glory for themselves, or took money or things for healing people, then I would consider it magic.

Doctors and mystics can both perform miracles, if you are talking about healers, but only mystics have the dubious honor of having their gifts labelled as both miracles and magic.
