1 part tequila
1 part orange juice
1 part triple sec
Shake and serve

Razzle Snake
Equal parts
cranberry juice
tequila
sweet and sour mix
triple sec
black raspberry schnapps
Shake and serve

Cosmopolitan
1 shot of good vodka
1 shot of triple sec or Cointreau
1/2 shot Rose's lime juice
cranberry juice for color
Shake and Serve

Dreamsicle

equal parts:
vodka
triple sec
orange juice
Irish cream

Malibu and pineapple or Malibu and orange juice is also good.
You can mix any fruit juice with vodka and come out with something yummy! Also any of the martini mixes with vodka are really good. They are by Rose's and come in Mango, Watermelon, Blue Raspberry, Cosmopolitan and Apple.

Good luck and have fun experimenting.

Non-alcoholic: makes about 2 gallons
GINGER MINT CITRUS BEVERAGE
Boil in 2 cups water a 6 inch piece of fresh ginger sliced VERY thinly for 8 minutes. Strain and set aside
Boil in 2 cups water a cup of crushed mint leaves and stems for 3 minutes, Strain and set aside
1 can frozen orange juice
1 can frozen lemon juice
2 bottles of fizzy something rather unflavored (Canada dry tonic or something)
Lemon wedges for garnish, or an ice round with cut strawberries in it.

Mix all ingredients together, adding plain water till it gets to be the strenth you like, and taste it. If it needs more sweetener, add the sweetener of your choice.

Basic Spanish sangria
Makes 4 glasses
Difficulty: Very easy
Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
3 1/4 cups ( 26 fl. oz) dry red wine
1 tablespoon sugar
Juice of 1 large orange
Juice of 1 large lemon
1 large orange, sliced thin crosswise
1 large lemon, sliced thin crosswise
2 medium peaches, peeled, pitted and cut into chunks
1 cup (8 fl. oz) club soda

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients except for the club soda in a large punch bowl or serving pitcher, mixing well. Refrigerate overnight. Inmediately before serving, mix in the club soda for added fizz. Ladle into cups with ice cubes.

White Sangria

Ingredients:
Apple juice, for ice cubes
1 1/4 cups (10 fl. oz) water
1 small bunch fresh mint
1/2 cup (3 1/2 oz) sugar
3 cinnamon sticks
3 1/4 cups (26 fl. oz) dry white wine
2 medium peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
2 small pears, cut into chunks
2 medium oranges, sliced crosswise
2 small lemons, sliced crosswise
3 cups (24 fl. oz) sparkling apple cider
Mint leaves, to garnish (optional)

Preparation
To make the apple juice ice cubes, pour the apple juice into two ice trays and freeze until the sangría is ready to serve.
Combine the water, mint leaves, sugar, and cinnamon in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat and simmer for several minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Once the mixture has cooled to room temperature, remove and discard the mint and cinnamon sticks.

Transfer the remaining mixture to a large serving bowl.

Add the wine, peaches, pears, and the orange and lemon slices to the serving bowl. Mix well, and refrigerate overnight. Immediately before serving, mix in the sparkling apple cider and the apple juice ice cubes.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
