my guy doesn't like making out and will only give me a peck on the lips. I want more than just a peck. I wanna make out. Also, hes not that into sex. Are some guys like this because of their libido or what? I always seem to be the one to intiate it.

One reason a guy may not like making out with a girl is because he is secretly gay, hopefully that is not the case here. You may have to be more aggressive and see how he responds or else you can try to talk to him about it.
