You could try a mix of lavender essential oil and almond oil mixed at 1 drop lavender to 5mls (1 teaspoon ) almond. I am not sure if it will work this long after so next time use straight away.
According to the book I consulted, boils can be caused by underlying medical problems some quite serious, so if they reoccur, go to your doctor. S/he might be able to advise about the scarring if this is distressing you.

If you go to your G.P there are some silicon patches that you put on the scare for a few hours building the time up over a few weeks, my daughter has lots of scares from different operations and she has used these and they have helped. They are called Advasil silicone gel sheet. Thet have an online store as well.

Eventually, I think they'll lessen. Once your boils are totally gone, you can wear some concealer.
If they're bad enough to fuss with, a dermatologist can probably help you.

Plastic surgery. Heavy make-up, paper bag over your head. Or you could help others and forget about it.
