Honesty comes from consideration and wisdom. Telling someone straight up that you don't want to be with them anymore can be really hard to do if you are young or just don't have consideration for other people's feelings.
Some people feel that the easiest way for them to quickly exit a relationship and sever all ties is to do something dispicable like cheat on the other person. Yes, it does end things, but you're totally negating all of the other person's feelings. That's totally selfish--not to mention, it could definitely come back to bite you.
Just be honest... all you cheaters in the world... for all of our sakes...

Well, I've been cheated on,and I have cheated. People cheat because they realize there are better looking, acting, or sounding people out there than their mate. It's wrong, but it happens. They tell them "I don't want to be with you" because they don't want to continually hurt them, but saying this to someone hurts them even worse. But what that person doesn't realize is that their mate is doing them a favor. When my boyfriend cheated on me then said we needed to break up; at the time I was devastated, but now it was the best decision he made. LOL

They want the thrill of being with someone. They never really loved you or the person they are going for. The fact of the matter is the person does not know that love is a commitment to one person. This just does not cross their mind. Instead, love is a feeling, and when the feeling leaves, the person does too. On to the next feeling, and eventually to yet another. Make sense?
Remember love requires commitment whether a relationship or marriage. If the commitment is not there, love is not there either!

Well most people "cheat" not because they don't love their partner anymore but because they are interested in having sex with a new partner.It doesn't take a genius to figure this out.Cheating is a word that is overused and misunderstood.If someone cheated on you I advise you to just understand that this person is selfish and can't keep their pant/panties up.Don't go crazy trying to figure people out because you will end up like me....CRAZY!

i cheated because I needed to prove a point that Im over my ex so I banged her and I over it and told my GF and said I was sorry. Now i know with my whole heart I love her and want to marry her so Im in that mode because of cheating

Because they are weak, and want to fool around,(un-faithful), and usually don't want to mess up what they have at home. You know like the sayings; The grass is always greener on the other side? They want their cake and eat it too? And some people because they are weak seek outside relationships before they give up the other one.

yeah when i called my x and was talking to him i asked if he no who it was he said yes! and said some other girls name! i told him no, and then he said my name i said yes he couldnt talk and i hung up on him i didnt see him for a while and i changed my number then like a yr later i see him and he acts like nothing happen, he asked me out i told him i was in a relationship and have been for quite some time, and well even tho ur life hasnt changed mine has, and i am happy so get the **** away from me. that made me feel so much better, and i am happy that my bf now loves me and wouldnt do anything like that

nope. i think that all the time i guess its because some people are just to much of coward to do so.. wen ever i got a man imma be up front about it if you don't wanna be with me just say so and we'll end it. but if its happening behind your back and you have to be suspicious about who your in a relationship with then its better off done than just keeping on with the lies. its like its harder to be up front about ti than continuing with the lies and stuff.

Sometimes they cheat, not because they don't want to me with you, but because they are just curious about other people. So they are sorry that they did it, but still want to be with you.

They might very well want to still be with you. They say that 85% of cheaters dont do it a second time. People are known to have moments of weakness and they shouldnt be killed for that.
