When the radical islamic party come to power in Somalia, Ethiopya forces atack to Somali (By the way Ethiopya has air force also) .
10 years ago it happened again .

The civil war in Somalia has been going on between different tribes for a long time. Its been so long they probably don't remember what actually started it. Probably over resources though.
