When you book the flights, tell the travel agent or the airline what assistance your mother requires and at which airports. Most airlines provide this service free of charge and it works fine so don't worry.

When you book your ticket, even if you do it online, there will be a way to request special assistance. Or if you have already booked your ticket then call the airline's customer service number and they will help you.... they're used to that kind of request

When you make her reservation, tell the reservationist or call the airline. There is a field that allows them to enter this type of information and most airlines have a special department that handles this type of request. They get more of these then one would imagine.

I would suggesty when booking the ticket to let thme know that your mother will need assistance and then prior to her trip contact the airline directly to make sure that they have arranged for the assitance.
