Tell her. There is no point in not telling her how you feel and finding out if she feels the same way. She could be waiting on you to take the lead and show you have guts. If she isn't interested in a romantic relationship at least you won't have wondering abouit it getting in the way of the friendship. Good luck

Dont just be like hey i like you and go pouring out all of your feelings at one time trust me ive tried that and it doesnt work. You need to give her plain signs of you likeing her (for about a month) then ask her to a movie/ concert/ whatever and then tell her you like her as more than a friend.

Well you didn't tell your age so I am assuming by your writing you are around eleven.I wouldn't get too caught up in pleasing her or even getting to know her unless ofcourse you are a dork who needs homework help.Please just leave her alone that way you won't be dissappointed when she tells you you are a LOSER.

i dont know what to tell you. i had a best friend that liked me and i did not like him in that way and i just told him that he was like a brother to me. And we always got along and it never came between our friendship
Ask her how she feels about you.? and see what happens
