I have a big problem which I don't know what to do. Theree are two girls that I like, one I asked out and she told me that she wanted to get to know me first, but since then we haven't really talked, pretty much when we run into each other or when were both working on the same shift at our job. The other girl I pretty much want to take her out instead of the first one, and this second girl also works at my job. Now the problem is that I'm not doing anything about it because I don't know if the second girl likes me, and I'm pretty sure she doesn't have a Boyfriend. So what should I do to let down the first one easy, and find out if the second one likes me or not and doesn't have a boyfriend?

Just a reminder I'm trying to get with the second one, and a 3some is not a option, since both are not like that, maybe only the girls should answer this question.

I think you sound like a pretty nice person since you are concerned about hurting the first girl's feelings. I don't know why you should feel any "obligation" to her since she didn't follow up your interest...at least at that time....
Since you have met someone who interests you more, go ahead and try to get to know her. You can be still on a friendly basis with more than one girl, just not follow it up more than that.......the first girl doesn't have any right to expect anything more....you never even got a relationship started.
And if it ever comes up and the first girl wants to know why ....just be honest that you have met someone else. Sounds to me like you are just looking for a potential girl friend...there's nothing wrong with that. Time will tell if the second girl is interested.
It is good though that you don't want to play one girl against another...that wouldn't be appreciated by either one!

doesnt sound like you need to let the first one down easy considering that you two dont talk - the line she gave might be her letting you down easy and relying on you taking the hint... if you like the other girl more, i would talk to the first girl and tell her what vibes you are getting from her - that she doesnt seem to be interested - just to make sure.. once that is settled, you can decide what to do with the second girl... start to talk with her and flirt with her, find out if she has a boyfriend and work from there. dont go too fast or you will scare her off... also, be aware that being in a relationship with someone you work with is hard - especially after the break-up.

well in my mind 3 sum but that wont work, so get to know them both and weight your options meaning which will work better or last longer and who do you have more in common with. If girl one like sports and you do to you have common ground to talk. If i was you I would dl it like this how can I talk to better when theres no struggle to fine words you should be fine.
Set up 2 dates and see what happends

Shoot for the stars my friend; tell them both that you'll be at a certain restaurant and they are welcome to join you and see who shows up. If they both do then its time to turn on the game and see if u can get them both to go home with u.
