Preferably in the US so that way shipping isn't so much. I've tried Googleing it and I havent gotten anything substancial. Any suggestions?

I had gone to Heico and requested the price for some things and they wrote back, via email, that they didnt carry those things for 01's. I guess I have no luck.

Be careful dumping too much money into an S40. The S40 was designed with Mitsubishi, however the outcome was not the typical Volvo quality. 2004 was the last year of the old S40 and the new S40 also arrived in 2004 (very low production).
Volvo S40's are not the best cars for tuning. The reliability is not up to normal Volvo standards.
You may want to just enjoy the car for what is was designed to do - get you from point a to b in safety.

I have a 2000 s40 and i've done the same search. Like you, i couldnt really find anything. I think we're just stuck with a couple of stock volvos

I'd suggest ipd, very good company for this kind of thing. The only Volvo tuner ive found, and trust me, many hours spent on google/yahoo searching the internet
