No, you can fly to Japan and probably buy one cheaper and have it shipped.
If you really want to save money and still get a skyline GTR...then buy one in Tokyo that is at least 10 years old...the price drops dramatically (the Japanese have to pay higher registration and taxes on vehicles over 10yrs). I bought a 10yr oldToyota Windom (Lexus ES300) there with dash GPS, all the options...almost new condition for $1100. You could do the safety modifications and ship it over here...even keep the steering on the right for much much less than 70k.
Of course if you have money to blow on stuff like this and it makes you happy, then go for it. Personally, if I had that kind of money to blow, I'd buy something better than a Nissan.

No, 70K is way too much. You can get just as nice and just as fast in the $45K to 60K range.
