No you make sure you are taken care of - it is nice to give money away but not if you have to go without.

That depends on a variety of criteria:
Are you coinsciously determing not to think of yourself...if so fine (If you are just drifting into it, not so fine)
Do you expect other people to pick up the tabs? If so, it is not really YOUR money you are giving away but theirs.
Are you allowing for the future?

If all the above are positive, and you are content to live on less than you could....why not?

Well it is your money and you can do what you want with it but i would advise you to keep a bit away for a rainy day

Well if you are going without then no you should not. I guess you are giving your money to your family or family member, just think first. Well good luck and think of yourself for once.

it's very generous of you but watch out for the ones that suddenly crawl out of the woodwork, you'll be seeing people that you have not seen for ages, be careful with your money, keep some aside for yourself....but yes, it's a nice gesture
