I recently received a coupon good for 5% off my next full body car wash at my local shop. The problem I'm having is that they think I am a previous customer... as you may have guessed, I am not.

You see, I took my grandpa's car there once a while back and, though I paid for the car wash, grandpa paid me back.

This leads me to believe the right thing to do is give grandpa the coupon, but my car is filthy... should I give the coupon to grandpa or use it on my Lexus? What would Jesus do?

Jesus washed his own donkey,

But, why don't you tell grandpa you got the coupon and ask him if he wants you to send it to him. Maybe he'll tell you to keep it for yourself for being such a thoughtful grandchild.

You are a customer of the car wash. If your car needs washed, then by all means take it there, explain this to the cashier and ask if you may a a coupon to pass on to your grand father in case he would like a wash as well. You will get it.

If you can afford a Lexus and not a run-down 1977 Honda Civic you can probably do wothout the 5%. I'd tell my grandpa about the cupon and ask if i can use it.
Jesus owns no car, I believe he'd use the situation to teach a lesson, maybe giving the cupon to his grandpa and washing the car himself with buddies or family to create stonger bonds to them and get some workout!

5% off of a car was is what...about 50c or 75c?

And you have a Lexus?

And you're worried about this?

(Jesus would sell the Lexus, give the money to the poor, and then walk everywhere. That would also resolve the coupon dilemma.)

I suggest letting your Grandpa know about the coupon and ask if he wants it. If he does then it belongs to him.

Your car may be filthy, but your heart will be clean if you do the right thing.

Everyone knows that Jesus loves America (apparently according to Bush). Therefore Jesus wouldn't be seen driving no Japenese import Lexus. Jesus would be driving an H1 Hummer decked out in Red, White, and Blue paint getting 8.2 mpg going 70 mph jumping ramps through burning rings of muslims, democrats and fags.

hahaha jk. jesus doesn't care.

Jesus would ask your grandpa if he wanted the coupon.

And Jesus would not likely be driving a Lexus.

I'm really amazed at this question. You're agonizing over a 5% discount on a car wash!!! What would Jesus do!!!!! Hope you aren't loosing sleep over this. Geeze, I'd hate to be around you when it comes time to make a real difficult decision, like what brand of shampoo to purchase. LOL - thanks for the laugh

you should give it to your grandfather. he probably needs it more than you do anyway. If he says no then maybe he will let you have it. It is just 5% anyways so it really is not a big deal, but the car was marked so it should be for your gramps

Well for starters Jesus wouldn't drive a luxury car.
